If you are researching marriage and divorce county courts are the place to start your search of course you can try to save yourself time by getting an online report usually background checks and some people search reports include some of the information you search in courts but if you don't want to spend the money or have time to do the research yourself you can go to the court and request to see files and documents unless the case file is sealed by a judge for privacy.
